Many small restaurants line the sides of the plaza, as well as interesting monuments. Lying in the middle of the plaza, is a water fountain. The painting of dolphins at the bottom of the fountain is covered by the change hopeful well wishers threw in.

The Third Street Promenade is similar to a very large outlet mall. But so much sets it apart. There was the cornerstreet performers like the singers, bands, dreakdancers, and guitarists.
